Add your RC airfield

We'd be happy to add your radio-controlled model airfield to the dashboard. Email drnic@mocra.com with the details below and we'll get it live for you.

What we need for our database

• Field name and, if it has one, its ICAO code.
• Any other names the field goes by — a former name, or the name it's listed under on maps.
• Town / region and country.
• Your club or airfield homepage URL, if you have one.
• Location — latitude & longitude, or a Google Maps link to a dropped pin on the strip.
• Runways — for each one, its designator and the magnetic heading of the low-numbered end (the runway number × 10).
• Magnetic variation at the field (East positive), if you know it.
• Your preferred forecast snapshot time (defaults to 07:00 local).

Live local weather

If your club runs any live local weather — a Weather Underground personal weather station, a WeatherFlow / Tempest, an Ambient Weather station, or anything similar — please include the links or station IDs. The more live, on-field data we can reference, the better the dashboard reflects conditions where you actually fly.

Weather coverage

Today the dashboard is powered by WillyWeather, so coverage is strongest in Australia. We don't support other providers yet — but if your field is elsewhere, get in touch anyway. We can add new sources quickly and would love to grow beyond Australia.
